About me
I'm Kristal, co-founder of Surefire Advisory, and I work with busy business owners who need someone they can hand things over to, knowing they'll actually get done.
My sweet spot is somewhere between a COO, an Executive Assistant and the person who just gets S*** done! I can zoom out to see the bigger picture, help shape strategy and work out what's next, but I'm equally happy getting stuck into the details and ticking things off the list.
For me, great support means understanding your business, taking ownership and keeping things moving without you having to carry it all in your head. That's where I come in!
